The Learning Studio is a family.
The advisors are dedicated to supporting the work of the Guides and carrying out the mission of the Founder, Renee Dellar. We support our students’ education by keeping the parents well-informed and actively engaged in their child's educational journey. Building a strong, collaborative environment among the Guides, the students, and the parents allows the children to flourish in a nurturing and loving environment.

Robin Theiss
Pedagogical Advisor
Robin is the Pedagogical Advisor, designing individualized learning plans for each student. Robin Theiss is passionate about alternative education, with over 30 years of experience in Waldorf schools. The founder of EVE-Emerging Ventures in Education, she mentors individuals across various age groups to find success and passion in life. She speaks at international conferences and serves on Waldorf teacher training faculties in several countries. Robin holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from UC Riverside, she studied at Pendle Hill, and is pursuing a PhD in Jungian Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate University. She is a published author of two best-selling books “Motivating Adolescents” and “Soul Proprietor.”

Sheena Panchak
Administrative Assistant
Sheena is our point-person for Studio and Farm activities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Psychology and Zoology. She also has a background in marketing and PR. She is a mom to three amazing daughters and has many years of experience both working and volunteering in her children’s school district. Sheena is the perfect match to support our families, teachers, students and our mission at The Learning Studio.
